Establishment and Overview
The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Near East University was established in 1988 with the Departments of Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. Since its foundation, the Faculty has continuously expanded and strengthened its academic structure. Today, it offers a comprehensive and interdisciplinary academic environment with 10 departments covering key fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Banking and Finance, International Relations, Political Science, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Banking and Accounting, Public Administration, and Insurance and Actuarial Sciences.
The Faculty offers undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs designed to provide students with strong theoretical foundations and practical competencies. The language of instruction is English and Turkish, enabling graduates to compete effectively in both national and international professional environments.
During the first years of study, students acquire core knowledge in economics, management, and administrative sciences. In later years, they specialize in their chosen fields through advanced and elective courses.
