Course Registration Procedure, Advisor List and Timetable

All students are required to contact their course advisor for course registration.   Only courses approved by course advisors will be considered valid at the end of the semester.

 

The course registration procedure to follow is as follows:

  1. Contact course advisor (see list of advisors and e-mails below). Please use your university student email ([email protected]). Ensure you provide your full details in the email (full name, student number, department, and level of study).
  2. Select courses with the approval of the course advisor.
  3. See the timetable (days and times) for the courses (see timetable below).
  4. Select approved courses on the student information system REGISTER-GENIUS (register.neu.edu.tr).
  5. Enroll in approved courses on UZEBIM (uzem.neu.edu.tr).
  6. Read all course details posted on the UZEBIM course pages and start to follow courses.
