
Sameer Hamdan was born in Saudi Arabia, in 1987. He received his bachelor degree in
Accounting from the Arab American University in Jenin, Palestine in 2005. A master's degree
in Business Administration from Near East University, Cyprus, in 2013. And a PhD degree in
Business Administration from Cyprus International University, Cyprus, in 2020. He started to
work as a research assistant at Cyprus International University in 2014. In 2016 he became the
Headmaster of Near East Libyan School at Near East University. In 2019, he was assigned as a
Foundation School Manager at Near East University. After that, he worked for one year as a
Director of the International Office at Kyrenia University as a full-time employee and as a
Foundation Manager at Near East University as a part-time employee. In 2020, he started
teaching at Near East University in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. As
well, he became an Assistant Professor at Near East University in 2022. He teaches courses
related to the Innovation and Knowledge Management Department, the Business Department,
and the Marketing Department. His research interests include Creativity, Innovation,
Management, and Marketing. He participated in many conferences, local and international.
Also, he has many internationally published articles and has reviewed for some international
journals. He is married and has one daughter.
