Chairperson Message

Dear Near East University Management Information Systems Candidate,

In a world where informatics alone becomes meaningless where there is no field that informatics does not touch human life, education you will receive will give you the ability to look at the problems from a broad perspective and give you the skills to produce knowledge by using the tools that are thought to belong to the field of engineering. The World Economic Forum’s 2018 report lists analytical thinking, innovation, creativity, originality and entrepreneurship as the most important skills of 2020. Similarly, Silicon Valley emphasized that in the future there will be a need for individuals who can create opportunities by using information and data that can understand people, society/business, and can turn destructive technologies into opportunities. The common emphasis in many different reports and explanations is the coexistence of human and informatics. You, NEU MIS Candidate, are an important value that businesses need to achieve this unity.

Wellcome
