In preparation for the Fall 2020-21 On-line Graduation Ceremony to be held on February 9th (Tuesday) 2021 at 14:00 all  graduates should pay attention to the following;

 

• Confirm that they will be attending the graduation ceremony by sending an e-mail (subject: Graduation Ceremony) to [email protected] stating their full name, student number, department, and stating “I confirm that I will be attending the Fall 2020-21 Online Graduation Ceremony” no later than 1st February 2021.

 

• Send a personal photo as well as photos taken with their friends at the university to [email protected]   no later than 1st February 2021 (Monday). Be sure to name your photos as your student number and name.
