Sabahat Gürler was born on September 4, 1992. She commenced her educational journey at Near East University and completed her undergraduate degree in Information and Document Management in 2015. Subsequently, she furthered her academic pursuits by obtaining a master's degree in Business Administration from the same university in 2018, solidifying her interest in academia. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of Knowledge and Records Management at the same institution.

In addition to her academic achievements, Sabahat Gürler has garnered attention for her contributions to international scientific conferences. In 2019, she presented a paper titled "Universities as smart organization and green innovation strategy: a theoretical framework for North Cyprus" at the International Conference on Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management and Organisational Learning. Furthermore, she has authored a section in an international book titled "Information Technologies and Public Policies."

Aside from her research activities, Sabahat Gürler has also been involved in teaching various courses at Near East University.
