Bilge Azgın did his Bachelor degree in Louisiana State University where he majored in History and minored in Politics and Philosophy. Then he did his master degree in Portland State University on Political Science. After finishing his PhD degree at the University of Manchester, Bilge Azgın has joined as a lecturer at the Near East University in 2013. Since then he has taught on various topics including political psychology, political thought, democracy and democratization, and political reconciliation. Bilge Azgın is currently serving as the head of the Public Administration Department.
