Dr. Ayşe Hyusein is faculty member in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She completed her bachelor degree in Sofia University Saint Kliment Ohridski in International Relations in 2010. She received her MSc degree in International Business in 2018 and PhD degree in Business Administration in 2022 from Near East University. The title of her PhD thesis is Ethical leadership, organisational citizenship behaviours and social loafing: The mediating effect of perceived organisational politics. She has been appointed as Courses Commission’s Turkish Courses Coordinator for FEAS in 2022. Her main research interests are within the areas of strategic management and financial performance. In particular, her research interests are within the areas of financial performance, organisational politics, leadership, corporate social responsibility, social loafing, and OCB. She has numerous articles published in internationally indexed journals, proceeding articles as well as presentations at various conferences. She acts as a reviewer and article editor for various international journals.
