
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ertugan completed his higher education in London, obtaining an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management in 1980, a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management 1982, and an MBA in 1990 from the University of East London. He later earned his Ph.D. from Near East University, North Cyprus, where he was also awarded his associateship in 2021. Beyond academia, he gained professional experience in social services and community housing. Since 1995, he has been a full-time lecturer at Near East University and currently serves as Head of the Department of Marketing. His work includes over 20 years of seminars on public and interpersonal relations for public and private sectors. His research focuses on water marketing, marketing orientation, statistical reasoning, social media, and AI in marketing, with numerous international publications.
